The block-paved frontage to the house provides ample parking for several cars as well as entry to a generous garage. From the parking area, a pair of secure wrought iron gates give access through an avenue of orange trees to the house and garden.
The property comprises two separate complexes, the main house and an independent lodge house with the garage.
The main house comprises four bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms plus a guest WC. The master suite has a hydro massage bathtub and also a state of the art shower cabin with massage jets.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to both the dining room and the main entry.
The dining room and the living room, which are separated by an old original tosca sand stone arch, have been lovingly refurbished in original Finca style with barrel ceilings and wooden beams.
All rooms are tiled throughout in with extensive mosaic details and there are many closets made of solid aged mobila wood in Castilian style.
All living and bed rooms have large windows with wrought iron decorations on the exterior much in the Andalusian style. All large windows are made of solid mobila wood, lined with aluminium on the exterior for protection, double safety glass and have open/tilt mechanisms.
The house has a safe and two entries protected by heavy safety doors. From the living room to the covered terrace there are automatic sliding glass doors to help provide easy access whist maintaining a stable climate in winter and summer alike. All under air areas are under floor heated.
The large terrace is covered with a wrap-around arched gallery constructed of old tosca sand stone and the poolside pergola provides dappled shade to an area of hardwood decking.
Two separate areas of lawn, planted with drought resistant grass, are separated by a paved walkway with a feature fountain.
The exterior of the house has also been renovated with great attention to detail with natural stone edgings to the base and corners of the walls to integrate with original tosca stone features.
Finca San Miguel is equipped with innovative technology that will satisfy the highest expectations.
The state of the art under floor heating system is powered by a next generation air heat pump and has thermostats in every room to guarantee a comfortable climate during the few cooler weeks of the year.
The central inverter (hot/cold) air conditioning system has vents in every room to maintain a comfortable temperature in the hottest months. It can also be used to quickly heat up the house.
Energy efficiency and easy handling have also been taken into consideration in the water heating system, which uses a separate heat pump.
This separate, self-contained unit is situated at the entrance to the property and can be used as a service apartment or additional guest accommodation.
The building is 15 meters wide and incorporates a generous two-car garage with additional room for storage or a shop with automatic sectional doors to the front and rear enabling vehicular access to the garden if required.
The apartment itself comprises a living room with it’s own kitchen and a bedroom with linked bathroom. It has separate under floor heating and air conditioning systems.
The garden has a fully automatic, industrial grade irrigation system, which makes for effortless and trouble-free garden maintenance.
The newly constructed, heated theme pool with whirlpool, waterspout and bridge will always give new opportunities to play or relax.
